Florence’s genuine passion for the esthetics industry are at the heart of everything she does. After earning her bachelor’s degree, she chose to pursue that passion professionally and became a licensed esthetician through the Aveda Institute of New Mexico. In 2016, Florence founded The Beauty Bar Lash + Brow Studio in South Carolina. “As a military spouse and mother of two, I learned that moving is inevitable but it should never be an excuse for not pursuing my own goals.” When another military move brought her to a new city, Florence sold her South Carolina studio in the spring of 2019. That October, The Brow Co. & Esthetics was born; an exclusive private studio specializing in advanced skincare treatments, DMK Skin Revision, ProCell Microchanneling for collagen induction, premium brow laminations, and lash lifts. Committed to continually advancing her education, Florence has trained with Celebrity Brow Artist Kelley Baker, London Brows, Elleebana USA, DermaplanePro, DMK Skincare and Procell Therapies. As a DMK Certified Esthetician, she has completed advanced training in Paramedical Skin Revision protocols. Florence applies this specialized knowledge to restore healthy skin function and address concerns such as aging, acne, pigmentation, scarring, and compromised skin. Beyond serving her own clients, Florence is passionate about mentoring fellow estheticians. She believes knowledge is meant to be shared and finds great purpose in helping other professionals strengthen their skills, elevate their standards, and become the very best they can be within the industry. From the moment you enter the studio, you’ll feel welcomed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. Every treatment is thoughtfully customized because no two clients or their skin are exactly alike.
